NOTE:

• The $50 deposit is fully refundable if no services are tended to at time of appointment or if you cancel 24hrs. before the appointment. 

• $50 will be non-refundable if you do not cancel at least 24 hrs before your appointment, you no-show or are too late (more than 5 mins late) to your appointment.

• If you are not eligible for the treatment after your consultation, or you choose not to go ahead for any reason after your consultation you will be Fully Refunded.
